Simon Cowell has promised to confirm the judges who'll sit beside him on The X Factor US in 'three to four weeks.'
Waiting to find out is worse than waiting for Dermot O'Leary to announce who's in the sing-off in the live shows. Come on, Simon, blurt it out!
The music mogul has announced that he's offering the winner the biggest TV prize ever - a $5m (£3m) recording contract - but we still don't know if Cheryl Cole has got a job or not.
'The most important thing is the commitment and the expertise a person offers,' says Simon, 51.
'It is really important to me that I've got people who I can trust in terms of their expertise and their gut feeling.
'It is also important to have people who are very competitive with each other.'
That would make Sharon Osbourne and Dannii Minogue hot favourites, then, Si. Cat fight guaranteed.
But Cheryl, 27, is still hoping to grab that elusive contract in a deal worth a reported £10m. Other names that keen coming up are Nicole Scherzinger, 32, and George Michael, 47.
'It helps if they are cute,' Simon tells The Sun.
'But the male judges will not be as good looking as me.'
