Dan Whiston: Kerry Katona's a great person with a massive heart

Kerry Katona and Dan Whiston have formed a close friendship

Kerry Katona is mum to Molly, 9, Lily-Sue, 7, Heidi, 3, and Max, 2

Kerry Katona and her Dancing On Ice partner Dan Whiston are the best of friends.

They got on instantly and enjoy hanging out together.

'Within the first five minutes my judgment told me she's a great person with a massive heart,' says Dan, 34.

'All she wants is a lot of love in return.'

I'm A Celeb jungle queen Kerry, 30, split from second husband Mark Croft last year, and has since quit drugs and slimmed down. 

She's determined to permanently clean up her act for the sake of her children and is steadily rebuilding her self confidence.

'It's amazing being part of her getting back on her feet,' says Dan.

'She's come a long way. It's a challenge for me, but I'm loving it.'
