Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe is the latest contestant to leave Dancing On Ice.

The actress ended up in the bottom two in last night's challenging Las Vegas-themed show and, after a skate-off with rapper Vanilla Ice, slid off the rink for good.

Jennifer did her best in a dance routine to Cher's If I Could Turn Back Time with dance partner Sylvain
Longchambon, but it wasn't enough to impress the public - or the judges.

Jason Gardiner, Emma Bunton and Robin Cousins all decided Vanilla Ice deserved to stay.

'I can't really speak,' Jennifer blurted after the verdict. Despite a recent injury, she had bravely battled on.

Jennifer was taken to A&E for stitches after the blade of a skate tore into her thigh during rehearsals

'It's a nasty injury,' the 27-year-old confided in Now. And she had other cuts and bruises to deal with.

'Finger nearly healed. Ribs gud. Fair share o bruises n gota sort
the big hole in me leg but uva than that prety gud ya no!X,' Jen, 27, Tweeted.

'Hummm just tuk me dressin off me leg... The word gammy cums to mind!!!! Vom!!'
