Tina O'Brien: I still have a little mummy tummy

Tina has shed the 3st she gained when pregnant

Tina O'Brien has danced off her baby weight

She already had an enviably slim figure but now, at 7st 4lb and a size 8, Tina O'Brien's happier with her body than ever.

Taking part in the Strictly Come Dancing tour which started this month, the 27-year-old actress says she's loving the way she looks.

‘I've never had toned arms and I've got muscles now. I've noticed my legs are slimmer and my stomach's gone down,' Tina tells Now.

‘I think I'm actually a couple of pounds heavier than I was before I had my daughter Scarlett, but it's nothing that I particularly sweat about.'

After putting on 3st while pregnant with Scarlett, now two, the 5ft 1in star has come to grips with her new shape.

‘I've still got a bit of a mummy tummy and there are certain areas I'd like to improve on but all in all, when I look in the mirror, I go: "Not bad!"' she says.

She also has a healthy approach to food, refusing to deny herself her favourite chocolate, cheese and Nando's.

‘I can't stay away from Terry's Chocolate Orange,' says Tina.

‘It'll be in my bag and I'll just eat it through the day.'
