Actress Suranne Jones enjoyed working with Doctor Who star David Tennant on new show

Suranne Jones highly rates David Tennant's kissing skills.

The actress and the former Doctor Who star snog in new BBC show Single Father.

'David's a great kisser,' Suranne, 31, tells the Sunday People. 'He's a brilliant guy to work with.

'He's everything you would want from a fellow actor - he's on the ball all of the time, really good whenever we shoot a scene, he never complains - and he makes me laugh!'  

Suranne played Karen McDonald in Coronation Street between 1997 and 2004.

Single Father airs on BBC1 at 9pm on Sunday nights.
