Security had to step in to protect presenter Jeremy Kyle

The envelope hit Jeremy Kyle in the head

Jeremy Kyle was hit in the head with an envelope on his chat show yesterday.

A guest called Kev threw it at the presenter in anger. 

He was upset that Jeremy, 45, dropped the envelope - which contained DNA results - on his lap. 

'Throw it at me and I throw it at you,' said Kev. 

Security stepped in to prevent the situation from getting out of hand. 

Jeremy wasn't injured and quickly brushed Kev's action aside as he continued presenting the show.
