Big Brother's John James Parton likes to keep fit

John James Parton looks hot in our exclusive photo shoot but the Big Brother star doesn't feel he's in top form after spending the summer in the BB compound.

'I used to workout about 5 - 6 times a week in the gym before I came in the house,' says the Aussie hunk.

Love match Josie Gibson doesn't mind how fit 25-year-old John james is, so long as he's by her side, but he'd like to put on a few pounds. 

'I struggle to put on weight so obviously I'm a slim build,' he says, 'and you're not fed that well in the house so I probably lost a bit more.

'I was 76kg when I went in and I'll have no trouble getting back to that, but I struggle to get any heavier.'
