Tantrum queen Nikki Grahame has asked Chantelle Houghton if their friendship can begin afresh in the Big Brother house.

Nikki began a long running feud with Chantelle, 27, after she caught her snogging her then boyfriend Chris Neal in the back of a taxi in 2007.

Nikki has held a grudge against Essex girl Chantelle ever since, saying in her video profile for Ultimate Big Brother that she hoped Chantelle would not return to the house.

‘I don't really want to give [Chantelle] publicity,' Nikki said. ‘I don't really want to have to confront that.'

However, once in the house, the girls quickly decided to put the past behind them.

‘Chantelle, can I just say can we forget everything?' Nikki, 28, pleaded.

They hugged and called a truce but Chantelle has spent most of her time so far with ex-husband Preston, while Nikki was a shoulder to cry on for BB11 winner Josie Gibson before she made her escape this afternoon to be with boyfriend John James Parton.
