Socialite returning to hit US show as Heather Chandler

Nicole Richie is engaged to rocker Joel Madden

Nicole Richie is returning to hit US show Chuck.

The Simple Life star, 28, will reprise her role as villain Heather Chandler in the spy drama.

Nicole will feature in an episode to air in the States in October. 

She first starred in Chuck in 2008. 

Nicole is mum to Harlow, 2, and Sparrow, 10 months, with Good Charlotte rocker fiancé Joel Madden, 31.

Chuck airs on Virgin1 in the UK.
