Glee gets 19 Emmy Awards nominations

Matthew Morrison plays Will Schuester in Glee

Glee has received a whopping 19 nominations for the Emmy Awards.

The hit US show is up for Best Comedy at the annual TV ceremony.

Stars Matthew Morrison and Lea Michele are in the running for the Best Comedy Actor and Best Comedy Actress gongs.

But it's World War II show The Pacific which has the most nominations.

The programme - produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks - features in 24 categories, including Best Mini-Series.

The 62nd Emmy Awards will take place on 29 August in Los Angeles.
