Coronation Street stars were all smiles as they filmed scenes for Roy and Hayley Cropper's wedding yesterday.
The characters - played by David Neilson, 61, and Julie Hesmondhalgh, 40 - will be seen tying the knot later this summer.
Earlier this month, viewers saw Roy propose to Hayley after she almost died in the Underworld factory explosion.
The fictional couple - who have already had their relationship blessed - had previously not been legally allowed to marry because Hayley is a transsexual.
But the wedding won't go to plan, judging by pictures from yesterday's filming at Tatton Park Hall in Cheshire.
Bridesmaids Becky McDonald and Fiz Stape - played by Katherine Kelly and Jennie McAlpine - were covered in dirt, reports the Daily Mail.
Actress Julie has already hinted that the character of Mary Taylor (Pattie Clare) will try to sabotage the big day.
'I'm really looking forward to [the wedding] but, of course, it doesn't go completely to plan and Mary is involved,' she's said. 'I am, I can reveal, Mary's latest victim!
'She befriends Hayley in quite an intense way over the next few weeks, so it's fun and games.'
