Britney Spears' old flame says sorry to Shar Jackson

Kevin Federline and Shar Jackson embraced on Celebrity Fit Club

Kevin Federline apologised to his former fiancée for leaving her while she was carrying their baby.

The ex-backing dancer hooked up with Britney Spears in 2004 while Shar Jackson was pregnant.

Kevin, 32, acknowledged for the first time on TV that he'd caused her pain.

‘I've been really selfish,' he told Shar on an episode of Celebrity Fit Club.

‘I guess I got so wrapped up in all this other s*** that I never really got a chance to sit back and apologise to you.

'I really do want you to know that I am sorry.'

Shar, 33, accepted the apology and the pair embraced.

'For the past few years I felt, "I don't know who this dude is inhabiting Kevin's body,"' she said.

‘But at that moment I saw Kevin and thought: "That's awesome".'

Kevin and Shar are parents to Kori, 7, and Kaleb, 5.

He also has Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, with Britney, 28.
