Louis Walsh: Tom Cruise asked me for X Factor tickets

Actor is a huge fan of the ITV show

Tom Cruise wants tickets for this year's X Factor live shows, according to Louis Walsh.

The Mission: Impossible star told the Irish music mogul he has watched the programme online.

'Tom kept asking if I would do the show in the States and if he could see it in the UK if he was in town,' says Louis, 57.

‘I told him that wouldn't be a problem. We don't have tickets yet but I can't imagine it'd be a problem getting Tom Cruise one.'

Louis says Tom, 47, was also interested in finding out how the programme is put together.

‘He was intense,' he tells The Sun. ‘He wanted to know all about how it works and what goes on behind the scenes.'
