Singer responds to John Mayer's remarks

Jessica Simpson's new show The Price Of Beauty will launch in the States on 16 March

Jessica Simpson has broken her silence following her ex-boyfriend John Mayer's comments about their sex life.

The rocker, 32, compared the singer to ‘crack cocaine' and ‘sexual napalm' in a recent interview in Playboy magazine.

‘I'm a little bit angry. I don't want people to know how I am in bed!' the 29-year-old says on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

John, who split from Jessica in 2007 after a year, has since apologised for being ‘an a***hole'.

In her chat with Oprah, 56, Jessica also admits she has difficulty dealing with criticism over her weight.

‘It's a really hard thing for me to talk about,' she says.

Jessica's interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show airs in the States on Wednesday.
