Holly Willoughby to play witch in Miss Marple

This Morning host's already recorded scenes

Holly Willoughby hosts This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield

Holly Willoughby is to appear in a new Miss Marple drama - as a witch.

The This Morning crew arranged for the presenter to make a cameo in The Pale Horse as a birthday surprise.

Holly, 29, recorded her scenes as spooky Goody Carne earlier this month.
 
‘It's been a life-long ambition for me to appear in one of the Marple films as I've been a fan for years,' she says.

‘I had an amazing time and felt very welcomed by everyone on set.

'I'm so grateful to everyone who made this possible for me.'

Holly Valance will also star in the ITV special.
