Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are getting married.
The Simple Life star, 28, made the announcement during taping of the Late Show With David Letterman in New York yesterday.
The episode will air in the States on Friday.
Nicole and Good Charlotte rocker Joel, 30, have been together since December 2006.
They have children Harlow, 2, and Sparrow, five months.
