Judge makes scathing remark about outfit

Sharron Davies was the first contestant to make it through to next week's show

Dancing On Ice's Jason Gardiner has upset viewers by likening Sharron Davies to excrement.

The ex-swimmer skated to Carole King's hit You've Got A Friend during last night's 70s-themed show.

'In your brown costume, it was like watching faecal matter before it's flushed,' said Jason. 'It just goes round and round.' 

Viewers posted web comments about Jason's remarks following the ITV programme.

Meanwhile, Tana Ramsay, 35, was given the boot after a skate-off with actor Danny Young.
