Heidi Montag is still recovering from the surgery

Heidi Montag has shown off her new appearance on US TV.

The Hills star had ten plastic surgery treatments in one day on 20 November.

Among the procedures were a brow lift, breast and bum augmentation, liposuction and a chin reduction.

Heidi, 23, who's thought to have spent over $30,000 on the makeover, is still recovering.

'I'm starting to move my face more and more,' she told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush show.

'[But,] I feel very plastic... especially when I first came out, it was so hard for me even to smile and it's still hard for me to chew sometimes.

'But it's feeling more and more natural everyday because the swelling is going down.'
