Piers Morgan is to marry his long-term girlfriend Celia Walden.
The Britain's Got Talent judge proposed to the writer during a romantic trip to Paris on 5 December.
Piers and Celia, 33, who have been together for four years, are yet to set a date.
Piers, 44, finalised his divorce from first wife Marion last year.
