Olly Murs to miss brother's wedding over X Factor commitments

Singer will be busy in rehearsals

Olly Murs is rumoured to be dating fellow contestant Stacey Solomon

Olly Murs will not be attending his twin brother's wedding this weekend - because of The X Factor.

Ben Murs is tying the knot at St Mary's Church in Chemlsford, Essex, at 3pm on Saturday and wanted his sibling to act as best man.

But Olly, 25, will be in a ‘vital' dress rehearsal for the semi-final.

‘Unfortunately Olly's not going to the wedding,' an X Factor spokesman tells the Daily Star.

‘It's too difficult to get from the show's studios in Wembley to where the wedding is taking place and then back again.

‘But I'm sure they will be in touch on the day and do something personal to mark the occasion.'

It is thought Olly's parents Peter, 50, and Vicki-Lynn, 48, or sister Fay, 27, will play the live service to him through their mobile speakerphone.
