Cage fighter made a mistake flying to see Katie Price Down Under

Alex Reid was dumped by Jordan

It all went horribly wrong for publicity-seeking Alex Reid.

Behind Jordan's back, he did a £20,000 deal with a newspaper in return for the story that he was flying to Australia to propose to her on I'm A Celeb.

But when Katie Price heard about his scheme she ordered him to her hotel room, said she was sick of him making cash off the back of her, dumped him and announced on TV that she was single.

They then had a showdown live on TV, which shows his feelings were a sham.

Alex posed for pictures, pretending to be in tears, to make even more from the split.

‘I've made it, the paparazzi are following me,' he squealed last week to friends.

Sorry, Alex. You're yesterday's news.
