Donny Osmond wins Dancing With The Stars

Kelly Osbourne finishes in third place

Donny Osmond sang Puppy Love during the show

Donny Osmond is the winner of Dancing With The Stars 2009.

The Puppy Love star beat US singer Mya, 30, in the public vote.

He celebrated with his wife of 32 years, Debbie Glenn, as the result was announced.

‘I'm probably putting [my trophy] on top of my house with a spotlight on it for all the world to see,' says Donny, 51.

‘I'm so happy. I'm so happy. I'm so happy right now! I'm on cloud nine! I'm numb. I can't believe I'm holding this right now!'

Kelly Osbourne, 25, finished the competition in third place.

‘[Before the show], I was the definition of being sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I needed a change,' she tells E! Online.

‘I threw myself in and what I got out of this is priceless.'
