John & Edward: The most extreme drink we have is Coke

X Factor twins aren't about to go off the rails

John and Edward Grimes don't drink alcohol

John and Edward Grimes have no plans to hit the party circuit now that they've been voted off The X Factor.

The twins, 18, insist they aren't into boozing or drugs.

‘We are not into that whole scene of going out and partying,' says John.

‘We stay at home with family and friends, we don't go to clubs. We have never drunk or smoked. We're dedicated to what we do. The most extreme drink we have is Coke and it isn't going to change now.'

Jedward want to concentrate on their careers

‘The main focus now is music,' John tells the Daily Mirror. 'But we'd love to do TV shows and acting, too. There is more to us than performing and singing.'
