Jamie Archer admits he got weak at the knees every time he bumped into X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue.

The singer - who was voted off the ITV show on Sunday - was blown away by their beauty.

‘They do make you nervous when you're around them because they're so hot,' Jamie, 34, tells Now Online.

‘You just turn into this gibbering wreck and are like, "Hi Cheryl, hi Dannii". You can't think of anything to say.

‘Then they walk away and you think, "Why did I say that? Why did I act that way?"'

Jamie says Cheryl, 26, and Dannii, 37, were very sociable.

‘They're really friendly backstage,' he adds. ‘They're just normal people who happen to be on this really big show as judges.

‘They could shun us if they wanted to but they're really engaging and they are really talkative.'
