Sid Owen and Patsy Palmer's characters have a lot of history
EastEnders favourites Ricky Butcher and Bianca Jackson are to get married again.
The mechanic, played by Sid Owen, will be seen proposing at Christmas.
Show bosses plan to release a spin-off DVD in the lead up to the wedding.
They'll tie the knot in February to mark the soap's 25th anniversary.
‘They'll get engaged around Christmas,' a spokesman tells The Sun.
‘Then there will be a spin-off DVD looking at the preparation for their wedding.'
Bianca, played by Patsy Palmer, and Ricky first got hitched in 1997.
EastEnders: Last Tango In Walford will also feature the couple's best moments.
