Holly Willoughby quits The Xtra Factor
Telly's new golden girl Holly Willoughby is leaving The Xtra Factor at the end of this year.
The busy new mum, who had son Harry in May, has been overwhelmed with work since taking over from Fern Britton on ITV1's This Morning.
She's been presenting the show four days a week since September and schedules have already had to be moved to allow for her other TV commitments.
Holly, 28, then just has Friday off before beginning work on ITV2's The Xtra Factor over the weekend. She'll also be hosting the new series of Dancing On Ice in January.
‘She's found the past six months exhausting,' says a source. 'The Xtra Factor's proved a bridge too far.'
