COOL! Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow to team up on TV again

Friends stars will appear together in Cougar Town

Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow have remained close since Friends ended

Courteney Cox is to reunite with Lisa Kudrow on TV for the first time since Friends ended.

The actress, 46, who played Phoebe Buffay, will guest star in Courteney's new US show Cougar Town.

‘If it all works out, she'll play a dermatologist that my character can't stop going to even though the doctor is mean to me,' says Courteney, 45.

‘She's the best in town at what she does and I become addicted.'

Courteney, who played Monica Geller, hopes her other Friends co-stars will also make an appearance.

‘I did ask Matthew Perry if he'd play my boyfriend on the show,' she tells TV Guide.

‘I'd love for [Jennifer Aniston] to be on the show, too. Obviously we can't cast her so close to Lisa's appearance but if there's a great part for her, I'd send it right away.'

Friends ended in 2004.
