Singer doesn't believe in dieting

Sophie Ellis-Bextor is a size 8

Sophie Ellis-Bextor fell for husband Richard Jones after he cooked for her.

The singer and The Feeling guitarist, 29, tied the knot in June 2005.

‘Richard used food to woo me!' says Sophie. ‘On our first date, he made me an amazing lobster dish.

‘There's something sexy about having a man cook for you.'

And Sophie, 30, says she would never starve herself to stay slim.

‘I don't believe in diets because if you start limiting certain foods, you start obsessing about them,' she adds.

‘I could never give up my fish-finger sandwiches at lunchtime - I love them!'
