Paul O'Grady: I keep getting asked to appear on Strictly

But chat show host is too busy

Paul O'Grady is too busy to appear on Strictly Come Dancing

Paul O'Grady has revealed that he's been approached to take part in Strictly Come Dancing.

'I do like Strictly,' Paul, 54, tells Now.

'They ask me every year to go on, but it's eight hours of rehearsals a day and there's no way I could do it on top of work, writing my book and my farm in Kent.

'If I didn't have all that, I'd go on it.'

Paul has also been asked to appear on ITV programme Piers Morgan's Life Stories. 

'Piers Morgan keeps trying to get me to go on his show,' he adds. 'But I've told him no way!'

Chris Hollins, 38, won the last series of Strictly
Come Dancing.
