Man arrested over Lindsay Lohan burglary

Nicholas Prugo is being held by police

Lindsay Lohan's home was burgled last month, while Audrina Partidge's mansion was broken into in February

A man suspected of breaking into the LA homes of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge has been arrested.

Nicholas Prugo, 18, has been charged with felony burglary and is being held on $20,000 bail.

Lindsay's surveillance footage showed three people, while Audrina's captured a man and a woman.

‘As of now we just have this one person in custody, and the investigation is ongoing,' LAPD spokeswoman Karen Rayner tells People. 

Meanwhile, Lindsay, 23, has rubbished reports she's been sectioned.

‘Hahahaha my publicist just called me and said she heard I was in a psych ward!!!!' she wrote on Twitter.

‘Hahaha WHAT IS WRONG with people???? I'm working lol. BUT that's one I've NEVER heard about myself before!

'New ones r always interesting huh? There's SO much more going on in the world! Wake up.'
