Welsh singer is staying put

Katherine Jenkins is dating former Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones

Katherine Jenkins isn’t interested in relocating to the US.

The Welsh singer has just signed with a new management team, sparking speculation that she is preparing to crack the States.

‘I have no intention of moving to America,’ says Katherine, 29.

‘I have a house in London and all my family in Wales. I love it [in the US] but I am definitely not going to move there.’

Katherine has also rubbished reports she’s planning to ditch her classical sound after reaching a new album deal with Warner Music.

‘I will never do a pure pop record,’ she tells the Daily Express.

‘I am just not moved by that kind of music and there are others who can do it much better.’
