Cheryl Cole: I cringe when I see myself on The X Factor

Cheryl Cole doesn’t like watching herself on TV.

The X Factor judge gets embarrassed when she sees her reactions to some of the auditions.

‘I don’t watch it, I cringe when I come on,’ Cheryl tells The Sun. ‘I Sky Plus it and fast-forward the bits when I’m talking.

‘You know when you see yourself talk? It’s not natural watching your facial expressions. I don’t like that.’

Cheryl, 26, is looking forward to the live shows.

‘The set and frills are going to be amazing.'
