Chris Hollins surprise winner of Strictly

Sports presenter beats Ricky Whittle in the final

Chris Hollins and Ola Jordan are the Strictly Come Dancing 2009 champions

Sports presenter Chris Hollins is the winner of  Strictly Come Dancing 2009.

'Little Ola-chops, thank you so much for believing in me all the way along,' he told dance partner Ola Jordan. 'I did test you a little bit, the jive and the quickstep come to mind!

'Thank you so much you lovely little girl.'

Runner-up Ricky Whittle - dancing with Natalie Lowe - was a popular contestant but Chris, 38, won the public vote.
