Posh plans to make one-off appearance on show

Victoria Beckham was in the Spice Girls

Victoria Beckham will be a guest judge on American Idol, her rep confirms.

Paula Abdul, 47, announced her plans to quit the hit US show on Twitter yesterday.

Now bosses have asked Victoria, 35, to join the panel for a one-off appearance.

‘Victoria is hugely flattered as this is one of the highest profile gigs in America,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘Network bosses would love to give her the job full-time and it looks like it’s there for her if she wants it.

'But at the moment, Victoria’s main priority is fashion. She doesn’t really need any distractions.’
