Doctor Who star captured in oils by illusionist Derren Brown
Wednesday, 5 August 2009
David Tennant has been painted by Derren Brown, who enjoys picking up a brush as much as reading people's minds.
The illusionist, 38, has an exhibition of his portaits at the Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery in London from 6 - 22 August and David is one of his subjects.
'If I wasn't a magician, I'd paint,' says Derren. 'Its always been my first love but I dont know how much of a living Id make.'
The Doctor Who star looks rather threatening in the picture, which is far from flattering, but there's no doubt it's him.
Do you love it or hate it?

How very unflattering to a man who's very sexy.
couldn't agree more, and i usually enjoy Derren's paintings of other people (that i don't care about) but David i do care about and this just doesn't do him justice, what's up with the neck??!!!
