Simon Cowell’s celeb pals turned out in force on Saturday for a surprise party to mark his 50th.

The X Factor judge’s ex Jackie St Claire, 50, arranged the secret bash in west London.

She lured him to the venue by telling him she wanted to celebrate her own birthday.

The 150 guests - who had to adhere to a white dress code – included Amanda Holden, 38, Louis Walsh, Piers Morgan, Myleene Klass, 31, Dani Behr and Anthea Turner.

At one point, Dannii Minogue, 37, led the group in serenading Simon with hit track You’re So Vain.

‘There were several people who wanted to perform the song, but Dannii got to do it,’ Max Clifford tells the Daily Mail.

Simon was laughing all the way through. He found it really funny.’

Original singer Carly Simon, 64, introduced the tune via telephone link.

Britain’s Got Talent finalists Stavros Flatley also performed.

Simon turns 50 on 7 October, but will be too busy in America to host his own party.
