Peter Andre to sue Jordan over GMTV interview

Singer insists he's been faithful during marriage

Jordan and Peter Andre have three kids

Peter Andre plans to take legal action against Jordan following her GMTV appearance yesterday.

The glamour model, real name Katie Price, was asked if the singer had cheated on her.

‘Well, you know when you split up with someone you hear things, so who knows what's true, what's not?' said Jordan. ‘But as far as I know I think he was faithful.’

Peter, 36, has always insisted he has had no involvement with anyone else.

‘If these allegations were true then Peter wouldn't have contacted his lawyers today,’ his rep tells The Sun.

Meanwhile, Jordan, 31, roped in pal Anthony Lowther to help launch her new book at London’s Selfridges store yesterday.

She paraded around in a blue swimsuit with the hunk, who she’s been linked to, to promote Sapphire.
