Mickey Rourke: I couldn't kiss girlfriend after plastic surgery

Actor was in too much pain to pucker up

Mickey Rourke's face was left battered from his boxing days

Mickey Rourke found it difficult to smooch a former lover following plastic surgery.

The Wrestler star had his nose reconstructed using cartilage from his ear.

But it was so painful he couldn't pucker up. 

'I had a really pretty girl I called up and I said, "Come on over baby," you know,' Mickey, 55, said on Alan Carr: Chatty Man.

'But I couldn't kiss. I think I went to sleep and she went home.'
