Former model shows off her skills in the kitchen

Heather Mills was promoting her new cafe V-Bites on This Morning

Heather Mills appeared on This Morning to promote her new vegan restaurant yesterday.

The former model wowed hosts Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield with her culinary skills.

Heather, 41, launched her eaterie V-Bites in Hove, East Sussex, earlier this month.

She hopes it will help dispel myths about the animal-free diet.

'I’m not telling people to stop eating meat and dairy altogether,' said Heather.

'But people don't have a great opinion about veganism and the easiest way to change people's minds is to do it through great tasting food.'

It's Fern's last week on This Morning, which returns in September.
