Star's new girlfriend is pregnant

Cliff Parisi is to marry Tara Wyer

EastEnders star Cliff Parisi is to become a father.

The actor, 48, who plays Minty Peterson in the BBC One soap, is expecting a baby with his new girlfriend, production assistant Tara Wyer.

The couple met just 3 month when Cliff appeared in Comic Relief show Let's Dance and now live together in London's Highgate.

'They are so happy - Cliff wasted no time in getting down on one knee to pop the question,' a source tells The Sun.

Cliff's Albert Square character Minty is currently involved in a whodunit plot over the father of Heather Trott's baby.
