Matt Damon films cameo for US show Entourage

Actor to appear in season six finale

Matt Damon is married with three children

Matt Damon is to make a cameo in the upcoming series of hit US show Entourage.

The actor's part will enable him to raise awareness for his children's charity One By One.

'It wasn't hard to get him,' writer Doug Ellin tells TV Guide. 'Matt came on the phone with me and wanted to do something that focused on his charity.

Matt will appear alongside Adrian Grenier who plays Vince Chase in the HBO series.

'The joke is that Matt is very passionate about his charity,' says Adrian. 'Almost in a stalkerish kind of way.

'Vince becomes intimated by his intensity. He ends up bullying Vince into giving much more than he should.'

Matt's episode is set to air in the US on 4 October.
