Joe Swash and Kara Tointon couldn’t keep their hands off each other on a recent day out.
Walking arm in arm and gazing into each other’s eyes, the two looked inseparable as they visited Joe’s doctor in Islington, north London, last week.
Joe, 27, dislocated his arm while filming Celebrity Total Wipeout in Argentina recently.
As they left the surgery, Kara, 25, gave her man a kiss before they did a spot of window-shopping.
The pair – who met on the set of EastEnders – went public with their romance last December, a year after Joe split from ex-fiancé Emma Sophocles, 23 – mother of his son Harry, now two.
Since then, there have been rumours that they’re trying for a baby. Kara reportedly told pals that spending time with Harry made her broody. ‘I’m not pregnant,’ she told a source, ‘but we’re planning for a baby.’

i think that kara and joe make a really lovely couple. and they would make great parents, i am a big fan if eastenders and thought that they were great in the show. x
They were planning a baby back in January! Now they are planning again yet it was reported that Kara wants to do 'I'm a celebrity' in December. They need to make up their minds! She is wise to wait after what he did to Emma!
whats the problem? if you aint happy , move on .Why oh why do people only ever see one side of a story , Gloria you obviously KNOW JOE AND EMMA PERSONALLY to make that comment , pray tell us " What did he do to Emma ?". He is obviously happier with someone else , better for him ,better for emma ,and better for his child in the long run .Oh and its not exactly right if KARA GOES IN "IM A CELEBRITY" baking a cake , i think that is why she is gonna wait - dont you think?.
