EXCLUSIVE Hollyoaks’ Kieron Richardson: I’d love to star in Coronation Street

Actor always tunes in to ITV soap

Kieron Richardson loves watching TV

Kieron Richardson wants to work on rival soap Coronation Street.

The actor, who’s played Ste Hay in Hollyoaks since 2006, dreams of turning up in the ITV drama.

‘I normally watch Coronation Street,’ he tells Now’s Olivia Bishop. ‘I’d love to [star in it].’

Kieron, 23, also enjoys catching his own work.

‘I only watch the episodes of Hollyoaks that I’m in,’ he says. ‘When I first started watching myself I felt sick but now I watch it to see how my acting is.
 
‘If my friends are round I won’t have it on. I’ll have to watch it then on E4 + 1!’
