Eminem ‘burgled during MTV Movie Awards'

Rapper's jewellery and laptop said to have been stolen

Eminem had earlier performed on stage at the MTV Movie Awards

Eminem reportedly had £36,000 worth of valuables nicked from his hotel room on Sunday.

The rapper’s diamond necklace and laptop are thought to be among the items stolen.

The incident apparently took place while Eminem, 36, was at the MTV Movie Awards in LA.

‘Obviously he’s unhappy about the necklace but it is his laptop that he really will miss because it has song ideas and other personal notes on it,’ a source tells the New York Daily News.

Earlier, Eminem and Sacha Baron Cohen, 37, took part in a staged stunt that saw the comedian thrust his bum in the rapper’s face.

'Sacha called me when we were in Europe and he had an idea to do something outrageous at the Movie Awards,' Eminem tells RapRadar.

'I'm a big fan of his work, so I agreed to get involved with the gag. I'm thrilled that we pulled this off better than we rehearsed it.'
