Dane Bowers was arrested outside ex-girlfriend Jordan’s Surrey home at 4am yesterday.

The Another Level singer, 29, was quizzed by police after his pal’s Vauxhall was found nearby crashed into a hedge.

But Dane, who failed a breathalyser test, insists he wasn't behind the wheel of the car and says Jordan - aka Katie Price - can provide him with an alibi.

‘Exactly what he was doing with Jordan is not part of the investigation,’ a police source tells The Sun.

‘She is just needed to verify he was where he was when he said.’

Earlier this month, the glamour model split with husband Peter Andre, 36, after 3 and a half years of marriage.

Dane and Jordan, 31, dated for 2 years from 1998.
