Kerry Katona and Mark Croft married on Valentine's Day 2007

Kerry Katona and husband Mark Croft have broken up for the 3rd time this year and this time it's the former cabbie who's reported to have filed for divorce.

The couple, who share a home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, parted in February and then again in March.

Kerry sobbed on MTV One reality show Kerry Katona: What's The Problem? as she accused Mark, 38, of frittering away her money, saying: ‘I need to get a lawyer. He sold shares worth £25,000 and didn’t tell me. If he wants money, he just has to ask.’

The pair patched up their differences but continued to argue.

‘She and Mark are rowing about money all the time, among other things,’ a source told Now in May. ‘She spends a lot of time in her room, out drinking or depressed. Things aren’t good.’

Kerry, 28, married Mark in 2007 in Gretna Green and they are mum and dad to Heidi, 2, and Max, 1.

The ex-Atomic Kitten, who also has 2 daughters with first husband Brian McFadden, suffers from bipolar disorder and blames her medication for her recent weight gain.

'I've put on two stone, I'm so fat,' Kerry admits.

She dumped Mark last weekend after finding a text on his phone from someone he'd met while they soaked up the sun in Magaluf last month, reports The News Of The World.

But Mark retaliated on Thursday by getting his lawyers to serve his wife with a legal letter which claimed he 'cannot reasonably be expected to live with her'.
