Dance troup Flawless and singer Shaun Smith are through to Saturday's Britain's Got Talent final.

Flawless got the most viewers' votes tonight, then Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan chose between Shaun and ventriloquist Gareth Oliver.

The teenager's rendition of U2's With Or Without You was good enough to earn him 2 out of 3 of the judges' votes.

In last night's first semi-final, Diversity and Susan Doyle triumphed.

Susan performed Memory from the musical Cats for her first BGT live performance.

The 48-year-old was so delighted about her win, she did a little dance on stage and called Piers Morgan 'Piersy-baby'.

'I really enjoyed myself, I enjoyed every second,' the cheeky Scot beamed. 'Pressure? What pressure?'
