Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has admitted to using cocaine in the past

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has given up clubbing.

The socialite, who is friends with Prince Charles, can't keep up the pace anymore. 

'Ten years of wild partying have taken their toll,' says Tara, 37.

'I'm tucked up in bed by 10pm these days.'

Tara is also making an effort to become healthier. 

'I look after my body,' she adds. 'You are what you eat.'
