Former Spice Girl wants to become fluent

Victoria and David Beckham have been married for almost 10 years

Victoria Beckham is taking Italian lessons.

Posh, 34, wants to help husband David settle in the European country now that he's signed up to play for AC Milan until July.

‘Victoria is determined to become fluent. It's tough so far but she's made it her own little project,’ a source tells the Sunday People.

‘She wants to show her support to David - and speak to the likes of Dolce & Gabbana in their own language.’

David, 33, who signed a 5-year contract with US club LA Galaxy in January 2007, is also considering enrolling on a language course.
