Britney Spears visits sick kids in Miami hospital
Britney Spears kicked off her Circus world tour in New Orleans
Britney Spears made a surprise visit to Miami Children's Hospital ahead of her gig in the city.
The singer posed for snaps with 40 kids, signed autographs and spent half an hour chatting to staff.
Britney, 27, who is on her Circus world tour, donated £700,000 to help fund the centre's Big Apple Circus Clown Care programme.
The charity provides young patients with treatment from clowns with medical training.
